We are seeking a skilled consultant to join our client's team, where you will play a pivotal role in defining and overseeing functional and technical architecture within a significant sector. Your contributions will include creating various architectural deliverables that provide clarity on functionalities, processes, and information concepts within your assigned domain. Collaboration with clients will be essential as you outline the business services your domain provides to the organization.

Responsibilities And Role
In this role, you will work closely with the domain application architect, translating business architecture deliverables into application components, functions, and services. It will be crucial to implement a shared language among business and IT stakeholders, ensuring architectural frameworks are well understood. Additionally, you will assist the Domain Portfolio Manager in embedding architectural deliverables within tactical governance frameworks. Your involvement in the high-level design of strategic and tactical changes will further enrich the organization's operational efficiency.

Key Tasks and Competencies

• Effective communication with clients and stakeholders to guide them through the solution architecture process.
• Ability to simplify complex pension-related material into structured concepts for stakeholders.
• Maintain focus on key objectives, knowing when to hold firm on important issues and when to be flexible.
• Contribute to a tactical team focused on functional content, while considering various aspects of complex issues.
• Coach fellow architects in collaboration models, methodologies, and stakeholder communication.

Ideal Candidate Profile
The perfect candidate will possess substantial experience in an organization with over 2000 employees and in the context of a federal governmental service. Furthermore, having a proven track record of coaching and mentoring other architects will be essential. It is required that candidates articulate in their CV how they envision themselves functioning in this consulting role in five lines. The ability to communicate fluently in Dutch and English is crucial, while knowledge of French is an advantage. Please note that physical presence in the office will be required two days a week.
